I absolutely couldn t be happier with Auburn Vet Service. The best decision I ever made was switching to Auburn Vet Service. EVERYONE who works there is wonderful and you can tell they truly care about all animals.

I ve never had any complaints with Auburn Veterinary Service. They have wonderful doctors and staff. This must have been a fluke, as I waited a good hour to see the doctor. They were busy and not sure if they overbooked or had any emergencies. No problem - just being honest! Thank you!

Everyone has been great dealing with my crazy pups. Through normal visits and multiple surgeries, I never feel like my schnauzers are being cast aside. Im greatly appreciative of everyone at Auburn Vet Service.

We really appreciate all of the staff at AVS.....everyone there goes out of their way to make things work efficiently and of course the care for Beulie has been nothing but excellent regardless of her problems. Our questions and concerns have always been addressed completely which relieves a great deal of anxiety and stress. Great job guys!!!!!!!

I have so much faith in this vet service that even after I moved from Divernon to the North end of Springfield, I still make the drive. They have always taken great care of my dog babies.

Had my dog s teeth cleaned at my last appointment. Drop off was easy and pleasant the dogs felt comfortable with the staff. I love that I received a call letting me know they did just fine and when I could pick them up later. Thank you for a nice and worry free procedure.

The doctor was very informative and more important, so very considerate of our dog who had been injured. He was patient, as was everyone on the staff. They have always been so great to us and to our pets over the years. Can t thank you enough.

This did not work properly. Questions 3 - 6 would not allow me to rate the question. I would have checked all as excellent. Your Dr. Kristi is amazing. I think I ve never before had a vet took my fears and concerns and addressed every one of them! Thank you.

The whole staff was very nice to us and accommodating. I appreciated it so much that they let me hold my puppy while the doctor clipped his nails. I know it made the experience much calmer for our puppy. He is very timid and afraid of people. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
