I appreciated getting our new kitten in to be seen so quickly. I appreciated the staff and was happy with the care. Really, the only thing I didn’t like was getting home and realizing I was charged $7 for paying with a credit card. That is a pretty small thing compared to the care the kitten received!

Would be nice to have an estimate on the procedure so people don t get sticker shock .

I have been taking my pups to Auburn Vets for over 20 years. Even though some great employees aren t there anymore, they now have a great vet and staff. They are so understanding when you or your pet has a special need. I now live in NW Springfield but continue to take 104 to get there.

Fully satisfied with your service, personnel and treatments. Missy likes it also,,,,except for the shots, and when aren t that bad. Ha. Jim
