The Vet did a great job … the only complaint I have is they over charged me for the meds they gave my cat … charged me 25 $ for meds I could get for 10 $ online

Brought Bandit in to clip his nails but was told they felt they were close to the quick so only trimmed the ones she thought needed it so was very nice and explained to me why and did not charge me. Very pleased to know he is in good hands when I bring him in. No matter what it is for I know it s all about Bandit!! Everyone is always very friendly and kind. The vet that was filling in decided to scratch off some eye funk off of my kitty Perseus. She scratched and scratched and scratched. Now he has a big old scab bu his eye that is irritating him. I don’t really see how that was medically necessary. It wasn’t even an eye booger it really looked like he tried to put on a transparent brown eyeliner (sorry for the awful description). Was not very impressed. She even said after “oh that’s really read now”. Will definitely not be coming if she is the veterinarian that. Otherwise I love this place! Everyone is always so kind. Jessica always comes and says hi to every one of my animals. All of the staff seems genuinely excited to see the boys when they come in which makes them feel so much better.

Patients should be informed of the cost of meds, such as flea and tick prevention when being seen by vet. I was shocked to discover 2 doses had added $150 to my bill when I reached checkout.

You guys all did an amazing job with Mander!! He was feeling better the next day after he saw you guys and is thriving! Thank you so much!!
