The drs and staff at Eastport Animal Hospital have always been professional and courteous. Will to listen and help any way they can. Love how good they are with my dog and cats.

Dr Howard is a wonderful vet. He took his time and explained everything to me about what was going on with my cat. I really appreciated that.

I’m not certain why most of these questions regard the front desk. I’ve been bringing my dogs to your Animal Hospital for close to 20 years! The front desk staff is amazing! My disappointment the last 2 visits is with the veterinarians that cared for Lola. My past visit on Saturday will be my last. Different stories from different Drs regarding Lola. Don’t need to be greeted by anyone that I’m paying a service with “ oh here she is the the cause of everyone’s of everyone’s problem”! I normally see Dr. Duffy and he was the reason I have stayed. He wasn’t involved in the last 3 visits in any way. I can assure you Lola will NOT be the cause of anyone’s problems going forward. Not to mention my last appointment was with Dr. Howard and for the 2nd time a no show.

I really appreciated Dr. Duffy s objective opinion, and clear diagnosis. It really helped me to treat my pet, in addition to the guidelines provided by Dr. Duffy. Thank you!!

Because my dog is unfriendly, I would like to know if it’s possible to arrive and go right into a room to wait. Going to the vet is very stressful for me. When I arrive, I call the office to let them know I’m waiting outside. My dog barks and growls at people walking in and out and tries to go after the dogs being walked by staff. When inside, I have to carefully navigate the people standing at the front desk and waiting room area to get into a room. It’s so stressful. Then I have to wait again at the desk for my chart to pay.

In the event of an emergency a pet owner should be able to come back and pay- seems that payment is the most important at check out

My dog, Gryffin has no fear of coming to the vet. He happily jumps out of the car and greets the entire staff with a smile and wagging tail. His happiness and comfort says it all.

The Doctors, groomer (Karen), and the staff have always taken excellent care of my precious pup. I always feel that she is safe in their care. Thank you all for taking such great care of ella

Very nice.kind and compassionate. Listened to any concernscibhad a didnt rush me. And took care of my doggie with kindness.

Was upset with the answer of when i may get results of tests done. It wasn t an answering guaranting that i would get results from the doctor by the end of the day. It may be the next day they had informed me. That would be 2 days from when the test was done. As a concerned dog parent I would ve appreciated a more solid answer.

I am new to the practice but so far I feel that the attention I have received has been very good and very professional. Also, the time Dr Howard spent with me was very much appreciated. He took his time listening to me and explaining our course of action.

The doctor was extremely thorough and excellent in conveying his thoughts and diagnosis and plan for the future regarding Gizmos allergy blood results. Very pleasant

I dropped my dog to be groomed, but whem my husband picked him up, his leash was not returned. Has happened before.
