Great staff. Always friendly and attentive. Dr. Johnson is a great addition to the practice. Knew a great deal about my Australian Shepard...more than I knew. This practice goes above and beyond to care for their patients.

Very professional staff. I would highly recommend Eastport animal hospital!

Upon my arrival, I told the girl at the front desk I was there for my dogs RX in addition to a routine visit. After an hour of exams for all 3 pets, I was checking out and asked if my RX was ready and was rudely given the speech that there was only one technician and I needed to call this in 48 hours in advance. I reminded her I called the RX in 3 days prior and mentioned I was there to pick it up upon checking my dogs in. She again said they were busy and I reminded her I was there over an hour. If I wasn’t so happy with the doctors at Eastport Wellness Center, I’d look for another vet due to this ongoing problem with the rude receptionists.

Sushi came in for grooming with Karen and heart worm bloodwork. Everyone was so nice and caring. Karen did a fantastic job with Sushi’s cut and Dr Howard sent her blood results super fast. ??

Everything was very good except, when i booked the appointment i said i was bringing my dog back 4 days after the last appt because i was going away and i wanted his ears checked since we paid for special meds to be put in his ears on the prior appt which was not cheap. Upon being see i was told the meds last a mon th so it was not needed to bring him back as all was working normally. I was then charged a recheck visit and I believe i should not have been charged as if i was told it was not needed whn booking or at least told meds last a month i would not have borught him back. thank you - anthony catanese

We LOVE everyone there! We have been going there with Teddy for a number of years, and now that we have Emily, everyone was so caring and professional. The vet took a lot of time with us and listened to our concerns. We moved 3 years ago over 10 miles away from them but we continue to go there because of how well our fur babies are treated! Thank you all!!????????

I’m filling this out via iPhone so I’m not sure if the stars clicked correctly, but I meant to give everything 5 stars. The care our dogs have been given over the past several weeks by Doctors Duffy, Gavitt and Johnson has been nothing short of wonderful. They’re caring, compassionate, patient, understanding, knowledgeable and very generous of their time. We also have great thanks to Dr. Howard as the owner for his compassion for our financial constraints when it’s come to our frequent (weekly) need to bring Oliver in for eye checks due to an ulcer, right after a very large expense with our other dog Walter who we lost to cancer. Dr. Duffy and a tech (forget her name I’m sorry ??) came to our home and very professionally and compassionately put him to sleep. It was the hardest decision we’ve ever to make, but they made the experience as easy as possible. And Dr. Johnson helped us to know when it was “time”, after blessing us another week with Walter by giving him a Fentanyl patch that gifted him sooo much relief. Our family is truly grateful to everyone in the office of Eastport Animal Hospital. We wouldn’t change a thing... unless they can find a way to make dogs live forever ??

Amazing staff and facility. I wouldn’t take my babies ANYWHERE else. Dr. Duffy is an amazing vet and man is always upfront and he genuinely cares for his patients and their human.
