got a phone call that I have to bring Pebbles back because something happened to the blood sample originally taken, My schedule is tight plus the office is a little bit of a ride, So I m not happy I have to go back but I will, otherwise always happy with Dr Duffy & how he treats my dogs like they were his own.

It’s always too long to check out. I recommend you hire extra staff on busy days for front desk.

I had a very emotional visit with my dog & I am very grateful for the way my dogs doctor handled our visit, being very understanding of my emotions & carefully explaining my dogs situation.

The staff and Dr. s were very compassionate and attentive. They were excellent. I feel my cat, Tikki, was given the best care. My only concern or complaint is that in the future I may not be able to bring Tikki to Eastport Animal Hospital because it is very expensive.

The staff and Dr. Duffy did a great job managing Oreo. Oreo is actually a big, gentle, mush-muffin at home. However, he hates getting his nails trimmed and the experience is challenging. We always appreciate the great care given to our pets at Eastport Animal Hospital.

For the first time since coming to your office I was disappointed in the staff at the front desk. I walked in and stood at the desk while four Girls sat behind the desk, two helping other clients but was never told they’d be with me in a moment or have a seat for a moment until they can help me. After they were finished with their clients I still stood there awkwardly waiting for someone to acknowledge me and ask my let’s name and the reason I was there. Hoping this was an isolated incident but since you asked I thought I’d mention

When I was asked if I wanted to give Ruby her distemper a few weeks early and said yes, I was told the price. I was NOT told there was a required check-up (price not disclosed). Since she has regular check-ups with you, I think this was a bit of overkill.
