I would like more info on how to help my cat with her asthma.

We actually love going to this practice now. The only thing I would suggest would be that the front desk acknowledges waiting patients more effectively. If they are waiting for a chart or need more info before completing a visit, they should just communicate that. I do not mind the wait at all, I just like to be in the know. I do find all of them very nice and they are always working hard. So I hope this is not taken negatively. I think just a little more communication at check out is key. We appreciate everything and thank you!

This was our first visit and we couldn t be happier. The staff was wonderful!

this was a repeat visit so we have gone thru ques. 2&4 before. My visits are always top of the line and very professional. My cats are always in the best of hands and receive the best treatment available. Keep up the great work you all do.

My answers are reflective of just my most resent visit. Perhaps it was just really busy or there was new staff, I don t know.. however upon arrival I was left waiting at the desk without being acknowledged for a good 10 minutes. Usually I don t mind, but when you have a very active, excitable dog with you and many many other dogs and cats around you, it becomes a challange... again, this has been the first time I ve experienced this.. other than that everything else was perfect :)

We brought our Holly in on the wrong day and after hours for the bordetella shot and the staff took us in and didn t make us come back the next day. Very grateful

I am always impressed by the professional manner of the front staff and the Doctors; but more importantly is the knowledge that everyone genuinely cares about my pets. Eastport Wellness took such caring care of my dog Casey during his neutering and Identification insertion. They explained to me everything and was very patient with this nervious owner and they totally understood. Also the vet Dr. Duffy is wonderful everytime I bring my 2 dogs in. Thank you Dr. Duffy and staff for making caseys surgery the loving and caring procedure not just for casey but, for me also.

The new female veterinarian (I apologize as I do not remember her name ) seems very competent and very bright. A wonderful addition to the staff at the animal hospital.

I was there for an emergency visit so shots, tick medicine review was not applicable. The office,vet tech and Dr.duffy werr caring, understanding and professional.
