I have one aggressive dog and a calm one. River Run is so amazing, alway accommodating me with an early appointment so no other dog is there and I can take both dogs into an room with no disruption. Thank you River Run Animal Hospital for always being and accommodating!!!

Nice staff for the most part. My wait time was prolonged due to lack of communication between them.

I m ?? happy with the service I received, but the costs for certain procedures are too costly for me to maintain a healthy dog.

I have boarded my pet several times and been satisfied with the service up until this last visit. I was told that my pet would need her vaccines updated before boarding. I agreed and assumed they would be done immediately...as that has been the procedure in the past. However, 5 DAYS LATER when I went to pick my pet up, I was informed that her vaccines had never been done. I had to go back home and wait a few hours, only to return and find a feces collection cup in her bag. I was not informed initially why until I pulled it out and questioned what it was. I was not thrilled to find out I was being asked to collect a sample myself and then RETURN to the office again to drop it off. In my opinion, after 5 days of boarding and paying for vaccinations...this was unacceptable.

First time here and love the office and the staff was great!!!

First visit with my 3rd Mini Schnauzer. Well Toby approved and so did I! Great place, personal attention by all the staff, Receptionist aka Mrs McColman was delightful, great conversation with her while i waited a very short time. Last 2 digs were with a local corporate company and were changing vets constantly. They never knew our dogs....just another dig to them. Promised to go private next time around. Im very picky as im a Healthcare professional so attention to detail, compassion and quality care are important! My cousin has been taking all her dogs to River Run and she loves them. Well i see why! Thanks Dr McColman and Jadan for the incredible attention!!
