I’ve been a satisfied customer with River Run for 14 years and would not take my furry one anywhere else.

They took goid care of Brooklyn. The doctor called me an explained everything very clearly.

Dr. Parker was great. She listened carefully and addressed all our questions and concerns. She even called the next day to follow up on how Kenya was doing. She definitely made us feel like she really cares.

Its always a pleasure to visit river run the staff are so accommodating...only one draw back why withhold my dog medication from being refilled bcuz u want me to bring my dog for a visit thats not necessary. That was a bit irritating to me

I can’t answer most of these questions because we’re not allowed to go inside into the office. That is one thing I miss is contact with my actual Dr.

I have a concern that a payment statement is given prior to seeing Tutu and was based on what I thought the problem he was having. I would appreciate that he is seen prior to a bill being given to upon pick-up from the car. I am aware that due to the pandemic you need some form of fee - maybe, a prior amount and it would be used towards the statement at the end. It would a little more personal.

I was very pleased overall with the service. Staff and doctor very kind and helpful. I do feel it was over priced for what my dog ended up having. One X-ray good, 3 X-rays an overkill. Happy my Ginger was okay.
