Paula and Dr. Cracas were outstanding as always!

I just wanted to say an extra thank you to Stacey (I think is her name). My pup is really nervous about being at the vet and doesn’t like it when anyone touches her ears or feet, so she was really over the top and a bit aggressive when she came in to get her ear infection treated. Stacey was so understanding and seemed to push herself to the limit to get my dog’s ears treated and nails trimmed in the most comfortable way possible. I truly appreciate the above and beyond care! Thank you!

Everything was great.

They were very accommodating. My appointment was scheduled as a tech appointment, but ended up needing to have the attention of the veterinarian. They were able to make this happen.

I thank the staff for their efforts in accommodating our overly anxious 72 lb pup.

I feel your nail trim fee is quite high when added to an already significant appointment amount. My dog was just there for a recheck...no procedures X-rays or prescriptions. $85 is a lot for a ten minute appointment that I helped hold my dog for...the nail trim should have been a courtesy

The woman who is sister DeBergh have a wonderful way with animals. I’ve never seen my cat enjoy an appointment so much. It was really nice.

Bills are high. I will be retiring soon and am feeling worried about costs.

We love Dr. Fenlon and Kimi, the vet tech. They were very professional,pleasant and loving to our dogs.. Reston Animal Hospital is lucky to have them on their staff.

I never actually got the results of her blood work. It d be nice to know that everything was okay. That is, no Lyme disease and no heartworm.

I had to schedule my preferred Dr. With a two week wai to see him. While my dog wasn t in stress from an emergency, he was uncomfortable with an illness that needed treatment. I would like to see a speedier remedy to this problem. I ve been a pet parent at this hospital since the 90 s, but sometimes I feel like I dont matter. I like my current Dr. Very much but I have had others there that I don t care to see because of a variety of reasons.

Dr. Gosnell is the best and we love her and how she takes care of our baby girl. It s always a pleasure to see her.

Vets should examine pets on the floor rather than on a table. My dog was visibly scared on the table. From now on, I will ONLY see Dr. Cracas.

It s always expensive, but in northern VA it s always expensive everywhere. I love the vets and the location is very convenient! Dr. Cracas is always personable and answers any questions I have. She was with me when I had to say goodbye to my sweet sweet Artemis and she cried with me. I couldn t ask for a better vet and I always think about this when I visit her.

It was a pleasure to see Dr. Cracas again and although new since my last visit, the front desk folks were really nice.

This survey was time wasted for me.
