The Reston Animal Hospital is terrific....the staff is wonderful and the Veterinarians are knowledgeable and caring... I highly recommend this facility for all your pet concerns....

The billing wasn’t explained to us and the over 500 bill came as a shock. The doctor went over everything thoroughly, but at no point was the cost brought up. I guess we are used to our previous vet who would tell us the cost up front.

Vet tech was noticeably rude and judgmental about my decisions regarding my dog. Really uncomfortable and doesn’t make me look forward to returning.

I LOVE coming here. I always feel like my pet gets the best care. When discussing options, everything is thoroughly explained and there is no judgement. I will continue to come to Reston Animal Hospital and highly recommend!

I suppose the doctor does know more than me, but I felt that I barely had time to say anything and was talked over. I would have appreciated a little more time to explain the problem especially since I was new and this was something I d been trying to heal for months; I thought some of the responses I noticed to previous treatments might be helpful info.

I had a particularly rough time trying to schedule due to hand/wrist surgeries, but the staff worked with me to get my cat scheduled, AND get him to and from the car since I am not able to lift the carrier. Also, the vet and staff always take time to talk to and pet my cat--he s semi feral, and that bit of personal attention makes a world of difference when we return home. Thank you!

What attracted me to your practice was your price availability online, it’s really nice being able to see what exactly I would be charged & not walking in, ball-parking my bill. I called in one morning, about an hour into opening, and had the pleasure of speaking with Kris. She was extremely helpful and informative, she even squeezed me in that morning, although they had a pretty tight schedule. From the moment I stepped in I loved the atmosphere. Josh, who was helpful and very knowledgeable, got me set up before having Dr. Garcia come in and give my kitty his vaccines, they were both very gentle & thorough. Afterwards, they got me scheduled for a follow-up where I got to meet a few other members of the Reston Animal Hospital, all the while cracking jokes and making me & my fur baby comfortable and confident. I wanted to say thank you & that I genuinely appreciate the entire team at Reston Animal Hospital. From your receptionist team to your group of amazing doctors; the work you do is amazing, and I am so pleased with all your professionalism.

Was kind of annoyed when we went to get our dog s prescriptions and was told that an RX was not needed to get his nexgard, resulting in a wasted trip to the pharmacy. Aside from this issue, we enjoy bringing our dog here.
