I came back with my kitten after such a great experience and care for Luna over the years. I dont live in this neighborhood anymore but returned because I have a lot of trust for all the staff who work there especially for Dr. Chris O Toole thanks so much!

Have the office open & unlocked for 9am appointments by maybe 8:55am - people shouldn t have to call thinking their appt is cancelled. It s just general warmth, welcoming & respect.

The pre-service questions are inconvenient especially from a form. I would prefer to complete a MS Form or something billable like this questionnaire.

I am so grateful for the beautiful care my sweet animal receives at Bloor West Animal Hospital. A rescue, it matters deeply that she is treated well, that she is made to feel safe when she receives veterinary care. Dr. O Toole and his staff are always so thoughtful and thorough, and I m comforted knowing Nuit receives attentive and gentle medical attention.

Their caring, knowledgeable approach puts both my pup and me at ease every visit. The vet takes time to explain everything clearly, and the staff goes above and beyond with compassion and professionalism.

When the information was shared with me via email about my cat s results, everything listed was for dogs. It was a bit disappointing to see that the care wasn t given to even pay attention to what type of animal my pet is. I m sure it was an easy mistake to make but it did rub me the wrong way.

I had been a customer in the past with a previous dog. This is as my first bait with a new pup. No greering. No welcome. That was to me, but nothing to Collins. They know his background so it was inortsnt he felt comfortable but reception didn’t even stand up out of their chairs. Just yelled across to put him on the scale even though he was only coming in for a nail trim. No offer of treats, no welcome period. Same happened when it came to pay the bill. I was bent over fixing his collar as I I was surprised the tech didn’t know how to connect his lead to a martingale. The admin was very rude. Also a little surprised that when the tech came to meet us, who was very nice, another tech came out and interrupted and said we need to get Collins in now because another dog is coming out. Not sure what that was about? But it was extremely rude and uncomfortable for all. I was also surprised that it was an extra charge for the tech to just look at his ears. I thought that wouid be ok as I assumed the wouid be looking at the best interest for the animal versus someone’s pocket book. Anyway, great job on the nails! Moving forward, I sadly can’t put my trust in your care with my pup. Thanks again.
