My dog Walter was really scared in the exam room so he wasn t able to go up on the metal examining table. Both the doctor and the technician stayed on the ground with Walter to take all of his assessments and administer his vaccines. This involved fully sitting and laying on the floor, which really shows they take an animal-first approach. I appreciated the follow-up call the next day as well.

Some honest feedback on pricing...I purchased a 6 month supply of Symparica Trio from your clinic and I was quite surprised by the high price. I then searched online and saw that it is available for half the price online delivered. I realize you have overhead to cover but that mark up is just too much.
