Happy to provide the feedback - I had an excellent visit as always, but the survey tool does not allow the respondent to see selection they made and confirm it is correct; the stars should be grey and clicking allows you to unshade your selection - good questions, bad tool.

I ve moved out of the neighbourhood but continue to come back to BWVAM because everyone is so nice and knowledge and I ve never felt pressured into anything.

I appreciate that no one rushed to do bloodwork, but started with simple treatments and observation.

I clicked excellent for all of the above but I m not sure if it registered as I m using my iPad? My dog is always excited when she enters the Drs office. She knows exactly where the treats are and is always looking to say hello to whomever is behind the counter. Dr O Toole is amazing, he always treats our dog as if she is his own. He is a very compassionate man and you can tell he is always looking out for their best interests and that he is truly passionate about what he does.

I always find the staff lovely and helpful. Dr O Toole is fantastic! Always gives you a balanced assessment rather than try to upsell you! Best vet I ve had and I ve owned pets for 25 years. I always recommend him!

I found it difficult to complete the questionnaire - functionality of the keys to input the rating wasn t good - it took many times clicking over the proper box I wanted to get it to highlight properly.

Great initial visit - very attentive to my pet, very quick and friendly. followed up right away with some promised additional information. both the front-facing staff/technicians and Dr. Yau made an excellent first impression on me.

The receptionists were not very inviting. They didnt even acknowledge me and made me feel like I was a burden on their day. They kept checking their cell phones and were very unprofessional. They are the first and last impression so they should be going above and beyond for each customer yet I felt less than valued.

Chris was so great. He took thebtime to explain everything thoroughly and made sure we knew when treatments were optional rather than necessary. Unlike our previous vet, it didn t feel like he was just trying to sell us as much as possible but rather wanted what was best for our dog.

Everytime I bring Millie I never have to wait. Everyone from entry to exit is super friendly and helpful Millie always gets outstanding care. I find that everything is explained to me clearly and follow up phone calls are always received within a day or two or treatment. Wonderful place to bring our four legged family members

Be more punctual and focus on the client at hand- not multi tasking with multiple clients concurrently
