Greg and I (and Riley) think you guys are a fantastic vet. I remember booking the first appointment and the staff member I was talking to said don t you want to know the price before confirming? . I was shocked. I had never been to a vet that had been open and upfront about pricing before. Your staff are so friendly and professional. I have seen you guys sit on the floor and play with scared puppies and help people who are leaving their pet for the last time. Riley LOVES you guys. Every time we walk down to High Park she pulls to try and visit. I always give rave reviews when friends ask about a vet. I am happy for you to post this or ask to give a testimonial.

Great service, we are very happy with the team and the level of professionalism. My favourite part is that everything is explained to us, nothing is pushed on to us, we are given choices and I never feel like I am being ripped off. Wonderful doctors. Last lady we ve seen was a pleasure to talk to :) I took off one star from was the staff friendly and helpful to you , not because the staff is not friendly, because they are, but I find that the two ladies at the front desk are not very proactive . This happened to me number of times, when I come out the office after the appointment and walk over to the front desk, I can stand there with my wallet and none of the ladies initiates a conversation or offers a bill, they look pass you as if you are air. Every time I had to be the first one to say ehm...I would like to pay my bill? . They are very nice otherwise, but I just find it very odd that they are ignoring somebody standing right in front of them.

The service and treatment our greyhiund, Tux get from your office is worth the travel from Whitby . Tux had been under the care for more than 6 years and we are very happy. Thank you very much.

Chloe and I had a great time with Dr. Chris. She so looks forward to her annual visit and has things done to her that are never even discussed with her at home. It is all just one grand surprise! She LOVES getting dumped into her carrier and going for her annual car ride where she gets to howl as if she is being tortured. Once home she hisses at me and gives me the evil eye reminding me in her oh so gentle way to take the carrier to the lock up so she doesn t have to see it again for another year. It is all so joyful. Thank Gawd for Dr. Chris and the amazing staff! Cheers!

There seems to be changes in staff each time we visit. Perhaps you can have info in the clinic (and website) about current staff names and roles.

Best vet I ve been to! Serena was very patient and answered all our questions for our first-time visit. The price that we were charged was also very reasonable and significantly less than other vets I ve been to in other cities. I m very glad that we found such a great vet in our neighbourhood.

The person I spoke to on the phone when making the appointment quoted me a lower price for the exam/vaccination and what was included.

I love taking my 2 cats George and Jerry to Bloor West Village Animal Hospital for their monthly nail trims. The staff is so friendly and I really appreciate the quick and expert service that I receive. thank you very much for taking such good care of my boys.

Dr. O TOOLE HAS CARED FOR ALL OF OUR PETS FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS. HE IS KIND, COMPASSIONATE AND WE TRUST HIM COMPLETELY.

Unsure why the cost of a wellness exam is nearly $100 (including taxes). The prices of your services should be listed on the website (perhaps I didn t see it). If not exact prices, maybe a price range or approximate cost for the different procedures. I ve been to vets in various places in Ontario and have never been to a place so expensive for a wellness exam. Usually vets have a deal for first time customers too. I do have to mention I was very happy with the quality of the service and the personability of the vet I saw. I felt she spent a lot of time with my pet and was thorough, answering a lot of questions. She was real with me too. I didn t feel rushed in any way. I felt like she really loved animals. The booking service online was also very easy to use. I put 4 stars for office facilities in question 6, NOT because I thought they were dirty or bad, but just because I ve seen better at vet s offices that charge way less for the services. I don t really care what things look like as long as the service is good. I m just telling you my very first impressions because I think it could help improve your office in the future. I was a little surprised to see just a metal cart/table in the middle of the examination room. It looked a bit daunting/low quality and bare for the price I was paying. Just in terms of marketing and stuff, I ve seen vet places that look friendlier, happier, etc. I know you guys are good because I ve interacted with y all. But for the sake of appearances, I would recommend a seat for clients in the exam room, and something colourful on the walls. I remember it being VERY dull and empty. Something maybe more personable too... maybe a section on the wall with photos of the pets and their owners, etc. It s not a big deal or anything, just ideas. Unsolicited advice from someone who is in no way a professional in animals or interior design.
