I have absolutely nothing to add...Dr. Chris is AMAZING as is the whole team. Look at our Tiffybum (Tiffany) she is 14 years old...was one of Dr. Chris s first patients and SHE is still happy, healthy and going strong!

Great, as always. Also got a follow-up notification that my cat may have a UTI and that meds were already waiting for me to pick up. Chris is a great vet and BWVAH is a great office.

Even though Maple hates going, the staff and doctors are always so wonderful to her and to us as paranoid cat parents.

I have always had a great experience with the Bloor West team, Oliver is always taken care of and any issues are explained in full detail and all my questions are answered. I would highly recommend brining your fur babies here.

we were bringing in our rescue dog Nala for blood work. This would be Nala s 2nd time coming to the vet. The technician was having difficuly, but she never came out to let us know this so that we could problem solve together-perhaps if I went into the room with Nala she would have been more relaxed. The solution we were given was to give Nala a sedative (trazadone). I want to try again when I am in the room to see if this will help to relax Nala before I am willing to use the sedative.
