No one has called to check on Diego following his oral surgery! I am used to followup from concerned staff!

Did not see the provider on the day of the procedure. Only vet tech saw me.

I really appreciate the fact that on a phone call to set up Captain Morgan s neutering one of the tech came on the line to let me know how sorry she was to see in the records that Hershey had been put down. How kind! I also always like the fact that when we walked into the lobby, the staff would call Hershey by name. It speaks to their personal involvement in the care of our little buddies. By the way, I clicked on 5 on all the above questions, but there was no indication that the score was registered.

I never recieved a call saying my dog was ready for pickup after his dental so i just showed up. When I left the facility I noticed his entire left hind leg was crusted with his poop, so it seems like he was laying in his poop for quite some time since it was completely dried. That bothers me. Normally its 100% there, but this last visit was flukey.

Our family loves Animal House !!! We would not take our four bulldogs to anyone else. Everyone is always kind, the staff is very knowledgeable and above all, it is affordable. Having a crew like ours is never cheap but Animal House makes it so that we can give them the best life they could possibly have because we don t get raked over the coals just because they are bulldogs. That means a lot

My dog had to get a tumor removed. The staff is always friendly & helpful, the cost was way less than I was expecting, and he seems to be healing well.

Thank you for all your help, concern and compassion showed to my cat, Xena. It means a lot!

My complaint is ,My dog was having surgery and I was told to have her there between 7:30-8:30,I was there at 7:30 before the door opened, yet my dog had to sit in a cage until 1:30,had not had anything to eat or drink since the night before.I was told that the spay and neuters were done first, then the lobby was getting crowded,but my dog should have came first, before the lobby because we were told to be there early for surgery appointment. I have to come back to get stitches out and I hope I don’t have to wait all day, appointments would help

Everything was great

I was very disappointed that I had 2 different opinions from 2 different dr’s seen within a week of each other. And I left with no diagnosis of the original problem that I brought my cat in for.

It was the most disorganized drop off and pick up for a scheduled surgery I have ever encountered. I will be going elsewhere for veterinary care even if costs more.

More seating and stricter policies on animals in the waiting room. A few were not leashed and even the ones who were, were jumping all over me and other people’s dogs. 9/10 times an animal is at the vet it is because something is wrong so In the chance that is contagious, or an animal has fleas or something that is worrisome.

Hope I did this right. Should be five stars for every question extremely satisfied with your practice.

It was hard to hear/understand what the technician was saying because it was loud in the waiting room. It would be beneficial to have a room set aside to relay information; where there’s no distractions; trying to hold on to a pet and listen to instructions while trying to tune out everything else going on.

Perfect as always. Everyone was very busy, but chewy was perfectly fine and amazingly taken care of as always. Desk staff was beyond great, my emails are answered fast, and the surgery tech was amazingly helpful and answered all of my questions! Thank you
