I was a walk in. My dogs had gotten in a fight. I was told I would have to wait since I didn t have an appointment. I was pleased I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Thank you.

I really love your staff. Everyone is awesome. I would like to make one recommendation thought. If you are not going to take people at their scheduled time, you should not offer appointments. I understand that things happen, but i have been to your office numerous times, always on time for my appointment, and still have to wait. On my last visit, 1/29/18 i had a 4:30pm appointment, but did not get seen until 5:56pm. like i said, i understand that things happen, but an hour and a half is unacceptable. I would like to propose that if you know you are running behind, offer a courtesy call informing the people that you are running behind schedule and have then delay their arrive or offer to reschedule for them. i know i would of preferred that. I hope you do take this to heart and make a positive change. the care your facility gives is top notch, it is just unfortunate that the schedule is not on par with the service provided. When I called for an appointment to get a rabies shot for my cat I was told they don’t make appointments for rabies shots. When I arrived I told the receptionist I wanted rabies shot for my cat and showed her the notice from my former vet. As it turned out a vet gave my cat an exam and the shots at a cost of $92.00. I didn’t ask for an exam but I had to pay for it. You took advantage of me and it isn’t appreciated. Do you do this to all your clients? Very, very disappointed in you.
