Thank you; my dog was a walk in , fit in and he was taken care of very thoughtfully and thoroughly. Staff was good. One minor complaint was taken care of without issues. I was not given an update on my dog but I called the office and given updates and also received an apology. Thank you Dr. Tunmire and Dr. Farber !

I would have liked to meet the veterinarian that did the surgery on Willis. She is recouperating really well. Thank you for taking such good care of our precious cat.

I didn t get any kind of report on Skye or Crickett. I guess that means there were no problems but no one ever really said one way or the other. It just would have been nice if something...good or bad...had been said. A short assessment... your critters look great or your babies need a little TLC ....anything would have been better than nothing at all. Otherwise, we love Crossroads!

All staff members are very friendly and professional. You can tell they like animals and their job.

My dog was given a blood test for a medicine he had not taken since April/May of 2017. I m still unclear why this was necessary. I m pretty sure that medicine was long gone from his system...

The hospital is amazing and the staff is wonderful. Even when I move I will make the drive should my animal ever need care again. Thank y’all for being so awesome!

We love bringing our dogs, everyone is very friendly and helpful. We always feel welcomed when we come in.

My appointment was at 2:30 and I was not seen til 4 and then was not finished until 5:15. This took way to long for this appointment. This was my first visit to your office.

I m not sure what I think about our dogs being taken to the back room out of sight for their exams and vaccinations. I understood why it s a good idea for blood draws and other invasive labs. Just was curious about the reason for this change.

I was a walk in because I was needing to leave Misty at a kennel and her shots had expired Feb 9th. I was told to come in and would be seen in between appointments and I was seen in a relativly short time. I had not received a notice of shots expiring which would have been helpful.

Your staff on the front desk are excellent. Very friendly to both animals and humans and very helpful. Very impressed with your customer service.
