I tell everyone I know this is where they MUST go with their pet. Dr. Shelley is wonderful as are ALL of the technicians and receptionists.

Thank you for getting me in for a 2nd opinion so quickly! I especially want to thank the vet and vet tech for taking a great history and understanding why I was so concerned and emotional about my cat s skin condition (after the recent death of my dog). The vet even called me to explain the results of all the tests/ procedures so I understood next steps. She s taking my concerns seriously and why I want to throw everything at it after 2 months of the same treatments that weren t working.

Buddy has been a client for several years now. Bonnie has groomed him since we rescued him. She always does an awesome job and we are grateful. We love the way he looks.

Wonderful and friendly . Staff and vet are courteous and genuinely care for both animal and parent. So pleased with my decision to bring my sick kitty here. They are now my official vet for my baby.

The concerning issue involved an incident with the Pet Lodge which was upsetting.

Very pleased with the staff quality. Very well-run practice who clearly care about the health of my pet. I expect that this care quality will continue for the life of my pet and any future ones I have in my care.

I would like to see a vet regularly vs a temp vet. For me, it is important to establish a relationship and history.
