The genuine empathy and compassion I receive dealing with issues of a senior dog means more to me than I can ever share in words. Keeping my Haley as comfortable as possible as she declines is a priority for me and shared by Dr Shelley. I wouldn’t want any other veterinarian or practice be there for us. Thank you??

We had a great expierence. The Vet we saw, Dr Michelle was compassionate and caring and the vet tech, Cara is always a pleasure to deal with, so goes over the top to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of!

My situation was potentially serious although not quite an emergency but they were able to squeeze me in on very short notice. They did a very good job with the examination and tests and explained everything thoroughly.

I was not notified of the credit card charge for my first visit and had an expensive bill. Only allowing payment by cash or credit ( no check) gave me no choice as I didn’t have a large amount of cash on me and did not know how much the bill would be. Paid over 12.00 in credit card fees. Would have preferred option of paying by check to avoid the fee or having ATM available to take cash out. That is my only suggestion as it was a little upsetting as a new customer..... the doctor, the techs, the staff and the facility are sooo wonderful and my experiences have been excellent so it is worth the extra money to get the best care for my dog !!

Kara was very helpful to me and she s terrific w/ Reggie. Cindy does a great job clipping Reggie s nails. She s the best and even tho I didn t see her Tuesday, I remember her from when she and I spoke before Reggie s surgery a few months ago.

Oreilly neck was bruised badly from lab work. She is a chihuahua 7 1/2 lbs. lab technician said they did not get enough blood for Lyme & heartworm lab test; they took more blood & an 3/4 inch dark blood red mark appeared next day. I would suggest a gentle draw not in meck

I think there is a little too much pressure by the vet (whom I like very much) to update vaccines, mostof which are very controversial for older dogs. The vet I used in Nevada told me they are totally a waste of money when dogs are 10 yrs old and that most dogs have developed an immunity over the years from all the vaccinations they were given.
