I can t thank you enough for the care and understanding and comfort I was given during a difficult time with my miss ginger. You explanations and understanding what she means to me her mom made a tough situation and decision more bearable. Thank you for being the caring people i want to take care of my fur kids. Great service overall. I am a Customer Service supervisor where I work so I can appreciate well done service. I would recommend when a customer is in front of the counter already begun to process check out and the phone rings, the receptionist should really ask the phone customer, are you able to hold?, and finish the counter customer that was already started.

Dr Shelly is THE BEST vet I have ever had the pleasure of trusting any one of my babies to....EVER! She is an absolute blessing !

Develop an online portal (like a hospital would) so that you can see your pets health history and updates online versus calling for updates?

I was not aware that there is now a charge for using my credit card. I feel that charges at this business are too expensive.

The Vet took the time to answer all our questions and did not seem rushed.

Everyone is so friendly and truly interested in helping in every way, no matter what the reason for your visit. Genuine concern and care is always there... thank you! Dr Dawn is an angel in disquise!!! She is very knowledgeable and truly puts the furballs and their parents in a comfort zone with her smile, her warmth and her love of animals. I can t say enough about her.

I have been to this veterinarian many times and it is always at least a 20 minute wait. They are good with the animals but they always make you wait.

I and my beloved cats are always treated with care and respect! I am very happy with the service I receive!

I love how friendly the staff is. Kara and Dr. Fedorcyck (don t know how to spell her name) both made a point to come say hi to our dogs even though both their shifts were over. Keep up the awesome work! So friendly and welcoming!! Of course, Jane and Dr. Sobieray were excellent as always too!!
