Very good at honoring my request to have all cats put out of sight when I brought my dog in. All areas in the questionnaire were given 5 for excellent. I don t know if it came through or not since this software doesn t seem to like my glide pad.

Hi, my little doggie Sasha hurt her neck 3 weeks and was seen by Dr fedorchick (spelling? Sorry!). When I called the receptionist said the day was booked and I may have to go to an emergency clinic, she then asked me if she could call me back as she wanted to check with the doctor. Well, they got me in somehow and I was happy as heck because I don t trust anyone else. Now this was the first time I ever had Dr Fedorchick and she was AWESOME I couldn t thank her enough for the genuine care she had for my little doggy. Oh and Sasha is all better, we just had our check up appt :). Please don t let this doctor leave your clinic !

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was able to make an appt right away for my dog and everything was clearly explained so I knew what cost were and was surprised at the end of the visit.

The bill was not completely updated at the time I paid with my Visa. I was having my own health issue at the time and my mobility was limited. Your staff did come out to the car to tell me the bill needed to be adjusted, took my card returned it to me after they updated the payment.. but did not provide me with a new receipt. I would appreciate that the updated bill via email or USMail. also need updated link to portal if that is still available. TY

I absolutely love White Haven Vet. I m sad I moved last August and now have to visit a new provider at my new home. My pets always receive excellent treatment by the Vets at White Haven. Customer service there is top notch. I was also impressed by Dr. Dawn- her explanations and general manner are very reassuring.

We have been taking our dog Duncan there for a year now. We are extremely satisfied with the doctors, techs, staff and boarding. Imhighly recommend your practice to all our friends..

For some reason when I click on the stars it does not register. So far I am pleased overall although,initially waiting time is somewhat long when there are no other patients.

We are so happy with Buddy s grooming. I think he feels much better without the heavy coat. Buddy is an indoor cat and has no interest in being outside at all. He was a rescue from Charlie Weavers on a bitter January night. He was freezing and starving and through facebook found his forever home with us. He is a great companion. Thank you so much. Judi
