Everyone was very pleasant & Dr. Wentz listened to us and did not suggest tests that were unnecessary. Lizzy called us when our pharmacy did not have the meds we needed, asked what other location would work. Entire staff very helpful.

Always friendly, greeted when you come in and Dr. Sarah always take time to answer my questions and reassures me that I’m doing the right things for Charlotte.

First appt ever with WVHV with new dog so waiting over 5 weeks from day the appt was made was a little concerning. But the time spent, approx 1.5 hrs, with Dr. Shelly & the rest of the staff going over Bandit s care considering his vomitting of nylabone pieces and lack of history prior to his adoption was well worth it. Everyone was professional, kind, considerate and thorough in answering any questions and concerns about Bandit s health.

I am so thankful you were able to get Crumb in to be seen. Everyone was absolutely wonderful from the second I called! I know he is in great hands.
