I am always helped when I call with a question or if I need to make an appointment. The staff is very prompt answering the phone and helping me get information I need. I believe the office is run very efficiently and my dog gets the greatest greetings!!

Please keep things just the way they are. Excellent service and vet and tech were out standing. You went out of your way for an emergency for a patient out of the area. When I was so stress out about my baby getting hurt. You made sure she was well taken care of. You went above and beyond for her.

My only suggestion would be to see a Senior discount implemented. Knowing how important pets are in a Senior s life and since most are on a fixed income, I feel this would be a nice thing to offer. Otherwise, I find everything above and beyond. Thank you!

It was comforting to be able to go in with my dog for her appointment again compared to her previous vet clinic. Your staff is wonderful everyone greeted us both in a warm friendly manner. The Vet explained everything that would be done. The next day her Vet called me to inform and thoroughly explained to me the results of her test. I am extremely happy to now have Potcheen being a patient of yours.

I was very pleased with the service Quincy and I were offered. Quincy is a rescue , so I know little of his past life. He is adapting very well, but I realize there may be times when his past comes back to haunt him. I have no doubt that Dr. Dengler and the Staff will assist me in helping transition Quincy to his no worries- forever home .
