Dr Boyd was very helpful in the explaining of her plan and how to treat the problem.

I arrived with Gabby and was seen in a timely manner, They took time to listen to my suggestions and questions about what was going on with her.

The facility was clean and accommodating, the staff friendly and welcoming. I was in and out in record time and charged a fair price for the services.

Overall my service was exceptional but I would have like to see my vet take a closer look, or examine the problem closer. She keep asking me about how the problem looks vs actually looking at it and examining it herself...I personally had to tell her to please look at it...But overall she s been an extreme help, she explains everything, is flexible and understanding.

Dr Holmes was very thorough, friendly and forthright. Vet tech was kind and gentle with my cat.

I love my vet office. Dr Holmes. and Dr Manke as well as the staff have always been the best. I know I can trust you guys to take the best care of my animals. Brianna, Carrie, Daphne and Sara have special shout outs from me.

I think everyone should be wearing masks as recommended by scientists and now OSHA. Sometimes it seems like one animal comes out of the exam room and there isn’t enough time to clean before I and my pet are ushered into the room.

Very professional staff and the facilities are very nice. They took great care of our fur baby. Receptionist is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor explained lab results in a way we could understand. Information about our new cat’s upcoming procedure was thorough.

Very friendly and flexible! There were some charges that I m not sure about that weren t explained to me, which was disheartening when paying a large amount. However, the staff has always been professional, quick, and I m confident in the care my dog receives!

Let people know where they can wait after they check in. It’s not very clear when you walk in the office.

Upon arrival to let you know we were here, was on hold for 15 min. I finally caught one of the tech s that was outside to let them know I was here. Didn t feel that visiting with Dr. was long, and I assume everything with Bear was good. Of course he wasn t being helpful. I understand it is harder and difficult during this COVID time, so overall for just coming back and Bear s first visit, it was fine. Thank you for taking care of Bear and not pushing him for his first visit. Didn t get a chance to ask when you guys recommend a follow up on his glucose testing/fructose test?

Excellent service and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job while having to work around the covid19 virus.
