I received curbside service, given current world events, so I didn t have a whole lot of contact with staff. However, the person I spoke with on the phone (her name began with a B) was very friendly and helpful, as was the vet tech who came and got my dog. I was very happy to get a same day appointment and very grateful that the facility was open during this time. I think y all are great and I have no complaints.

This was my first appointment with the center. I brought my pet in regarding a spay. I was disappointed that the staff and doctor didn t spend more time examining my pet as it was her initial appointment.

I highly recommend Casper Animal Medical Center, I have been bringing my dog to see Dr. Holmes since she was a puppy and I absolutely love him. He takes the time to explain things, he addresses all your question and needs and he interacts with my dog in such a compassionate way. I wouldn t go anywhere else!

I really appreciated getting an appointment on Saturday with short notice as I called on Friday. The clinic is very progressive with care. I value all the tests and follow up. I appreciate that the vet agreed to give me medication for my cat s urinary infection with out a lot of expensive tests. I have 9 to 10 cats under my care. Most are barn cats (including Teddy)and while I take very good care of them, I have to be conservative with the amount I spend. I believe the most important things I can do for them is spay and neuter (which they all are except for one that I have not yet captured). I make sure they have the basic vaccinations and wormed regularly.

The floors didn t seem very clean. I had gotten snow/water on the floor so I cleaned it up and the towel was brown when I went to throw it away.

Everything was satisfactory. When I called to schedule my appointment the receptionist was very upbeat, very friendly and easy to talk to. She expressed concern about the issues i explained to her and got me scheduled within a couple days. When I arrived everything was great. The fish are beautiful and the receptionist was still as friendly and happy as the time i called. I felt welcome and got in to see the vet faster than expected. When she arrived she took time to listen to my concerns about our turtle, attempted to help me identify the turtle i have and answered all questions i had. Will be referring friends and family and most definitely coming back if we have any more issues.
