The vet, Dr. Boyd, that saw both of my aussies was very informative and helpful. She gave me a lot of resourceful information about my older dogs symptoms of arthritis and options of how we can treat it and she was very personable towards my younger aussie who is sometimes very timid towards new people, she was great with him and made the vet trip very positive for him.

Out dog came in for nail clipping and geriatric care. I received a call and they told me she didn’t need to be sedated but her ears needed cleaned out. We have things at home and declined more ear cleaner. When we picked her up, we didn’t receive a follow up of what they were seeing in her ear(s). I don’t know if it was one ear or both. Didn’t get to ask question about her tailor make sure this was ok. Communication is something that is needed with owners on this visit. Most of the time, I get a chance to ask all my questions before leaving.

waiting too long is often an issue for the office. I have waited 10-15 minutes many times. more time needs to be allowed for appointments. Don t stack appointments if you want the client to feel enough time is given to their needs.

My biggest concern is cost. It seemed like instead of just doing the simplest of procedures, it was recommended to do much more advanced and expensive procedures.

I felt like plenty of time was taken with me and Bella. All questions were asked and the vet tech had some helpful tips for teeth cleaning. Bella was calm and happy the entire time and that might have been the easiest appointment we’ve had before.

Only about the billing area. The supplements that were offered/suggested, were not priced before purchasing. $45 Was steep. And I have to say $30 for 7 whole pills, 14 halves, was a bit stiff as well. Their prices should have been explained better before checkout. Otherwise everything else was great.
