Overall excellent service and very professional staff! I liked that you were able to get me an appointment quickly. A little frustrating that I was told to come in at 3:20 and waited till 3:45 to get in a room. Really the only reason it’s nice to wait in a room is so I don’t have to wrestle my 70 pound dog for that long... Dog had to provide a stool sample and I appreciate that they took her out to get one as the one that I would have provided would have been inadequate. Then said it would be 20 minutes to run the sample. At about 40 minutes of waiting I went out front to ask for an update. Again, staff was very friendly and professional. However, it is frustrating to wait with no communication so it would be nice to know that someone knows you’re still waiting in a room with an anxious pup. Anyway, you guys did a great job and doggo is on the mend. We hope to come back for all veterinary needs in the future. Thank you so much! Anyway, I was pretty pleased with my experience and the care my doggo received.

Dr Moline was absolutely amazing! She is by far the best Vetrinarian I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! She was so kind and helpful and made me feel so comfortable about my dog being ok when I was quite worried. Never rushed me or made me feel like a nuisance. Very compassionate and gentle as possible with my little guy. Highest of ratings for her! Thank you!

Dr. Boyd and THE GIRLS seem to have developed a special fondness for one another. She, along with the vet techs, Dr. Mahnke and Dr. Holmes always takes time with Ellie, Izzie, Sophie Chica and Olive to check their overall health and address any issues or questions that I may have. Everyone at the clinic has been kind and supportive during the past several years and for that I thank you all! I have spent my career in administrative assistance and bookkeeping, so I want to make clear that I understand and appreciate all the hard work that does not include direct patient care. You are the best!!

I was very happy with my experience at this appointment. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The cost for the appointment, tests and medication were less costly than I expected which was a nice surprise and very helpful.

They gave me a 2 p.m. cancelation spot. I got there 15 min early. Not sure the staff new the Vet was behind. She did come in at 2:30 and explain what happened. Hated putting more stress on her! But I was in No hurry except for leaving 3 other potentially sick dogs at home. Came home to Diareah all over our bedroom. Thankfully we got a Diabmgnosis for the one I rushed over with. The rest will be seen Saturday on a Drop Off basis for Feecal testing. Thankful to have gotten in at all!!! Love the staff n remodel. Much easier to get in n out!Only complaint is my bill is never less than $300.00. I did get a Discout. Much appreciated! These things just never seem to happen at a convenient time...Thanks again for fitting Skunker in. She is doing much better! Also for explaining everything.Tests and options. Much thanks!

This was my first visit after relocating from California. I was overall quite pleased with the staff and the fact this is close to my home and will be bringing both my dogs back in the future.

Dusti was amazing setting up my appointment and Dr Boyd was amazing when she came to the house. My dog was very nervous as he has never been around a bunch of people but she kept him calm and didn t stress him out (he is 14 years old) thank you for great service

I do not remember her name, but the Vet Tech that saw us was excellent. Friendly, seemed to really like and care for our dog, Remington . She was wonderful.

Dogs did not get treats. Very minimal, but does help calm some dogs nerves
