Sometimes I don’t receive good follow-up explanations, like, ‘The Dr. Will review the test results and contact you with more info...’ so I leave somewhat confused. Other than that, all is great!

We are completely happy with the services Calistoga Pet Clinic offers. Dr Franquelin is awesome! The staff are warm and knowledgeable. We are so lucky to have a local vet that we can trust. The environment is peaceful for our fur babies and they are treated with love!

The entire staff is absolutely amazing and easy to work with. I drive 45 minutes to have my dog seen here because of the service and knowledge of the vet and staff.

Once we got the front office to understand that Topo was not a drop off everything was wonderful. Dr Franqulin and Tara were wonderful and we felt very well cared for. Perhaps a little more coordination with the office staff??
