While I understand and truly appreciate your efforts during these trying times, I must comment on the wait time, a half hour. When I tried to ascertain how much longer it would be, Claudia put me on hold for 5 minutes to find out, never returning to the phone. When she did return my pet, she proceeded to chastise me for my attitude. I think she should check her attitude.

Everything was great, but we still have not received our bill explaining the charges. We were charged last week in advance, appointment was on Monday (when the bill was said to be emailed) and I emailed yesterday, Wednesday...maybe we ll get it today? The $350+ charged seemed high, so we were wondering if it was correct. All else was 5*

It was sort of an emergency visit late in the afternoon. Staff was great about my just showing up at the door with Nicky. You fixed the problem while I got my walk in around your parking lot. Worked out well for all.

The doctor was running late, but that’s okay. I could hear he had a big case next door. My only concern, and it’s little, is that my cat come out with short white hairs everywhere from the exam room. I have a black cat. I’m going to suppose it’s difficult to get all the fur out between patients.
