Dr. Pettyjohn made us feel very comfortable. She spent over an hour helping us understand the surgery my dog is needing.

I don t understand what made this annual visit about 80% more expensive than the other vet office we go to. Yes there was a full blood workup, but even if I opted out of that and only get the services I normally get with the other vet I m only looking at saving $3 between the two. I m just not sure I understand why there can t be an option that isn t almost $400. I usually pay about $240. It s pretty crazy. I will, however, say the facility was beautiful and the people were amazing and super sweet.

I would pay anything for my baby to get amazing treatment like they she does here, but the prices are very steep. Dr. Hall is amazing and truly cares about my kitty!!

Dr Pettijohn and her staff are wonderful - I am a long time client and know my sweet pets get the most professional and gentle, loving care.

Our Vet visits are always pleasant but this one was very helpful. I have not been well and the vet tech took over and I was able to wait in the car. The visit was was very professional and my dog was well cared for.

This is the first time I had visit the facility and the staff there was so friendly. I had taken my dog Bear there for a haircut and they had done a awesome job on her. When it is time to take her back I will be going back up there. Ladies keep up the good work

I did not care for not seeing my dog being vaccinated. I know my bill says she got all those services, but not being able to see for myself puts doubt in people’s mind. And I’d feel the same at any veterinarian.

We have always had excellent care and treatment. It was hard coming from a SMALL town country vet who answered the phone himself and left the medication the dogs needed thumbtacked to the bulletin board inside the door to his office if he had a farm call! But you have made this as painless as possible! Thank you!

Your staff is always very nice and professional. I know my precious baby will be treated with the most gentle care when being treated by your staff. It is worth driving 44 miles to your office to have a peace of mind to know ChiChi receives the best care possible.

The only thing I would like to share is that when people come in with their animals, I would like to suggest that all the setting be at the open end by the exam doors ... when we are checking out and there are other pets around the doorway ... I am struggling to keep my pet (we all know he loves everybody and is a handful) out of the other pets face and try to check out and pay the bill ... just a suggestion ... thank you ... Wilson McLovin loves you all and I love your kind and loving staff ...

Exrays we not gone over with me. Nobody told me the extent of the heartworms. Kind of in the dark about what to expect during heartworm treatment and prognosis.
