My dog became ill a couple weeks ago and I took her to an ER vet. They saw her and gave me 10 pills. They were friendly but informed me I would need at least $800 for tests before they would do anything for her. She is one of my husbands companion dogs. He has Parkinson s and is very ill. Of course I adore her also. I called all over and no one could see her or they wanted hundreds of dollars. I called this clinic and they said they d work her in. I was so thrilled and everyone was so nice . So many people don t realize how much older folks depend on the company and comfort of their pets. They treated her for a very reasonable price and I left with meds for her. Vet was just awesome and staff were great. I highly recommend them.

I was in the office alone, no other customers, immediately the receptionist called a technician to get us to a room, technician finally called me back 30 min. later, then was another 30 min before the technician came in. I could hear them in the back chatting and laughing then finally say she guessed she better come in to us. She stated it had been a bad morning with a emergency. No emergencies arrived while I was waiting for an hour, only chatting and laughing to my knowledge.

Prices are extremely higher than others I don’t understand why that is I have been using this facility for many years but the prices keep climbing I might look elsewhere if it can’t change.

Place was clean, cute, and welcoming. Loved Eddy and the vet or the vet tech that took our cat back for examination was really nice. Front desk personnel not so much: very snappy, unprepared, and kept disappearing. We were in a hurry this morning to drop the cat off and get to work. We could have filled out the paperwork ahead of time if we d been told. We were told the cat would need only a fecal test. Final bill came out to $121 for a single night of boarding, way unexpected and not appreciated as we were in no position at that point to make other arrangements.

Awesome techs and vets and Melissa is so friendly and welcoming, most prices are reasonable. Being able to have specialist do surgery at the clinic is so appreciated. I recommend all my local adopters use this facility. Great work!!
