Dr. Alicia Marquart has been excellent and extremely generous in her help and explanations.

I know that remodels are in the process of being completed but the set up of the waiting room and the examination rooms is very stressful for animals waiting in the lobby. My dogs get very nervous at the vet and get incredibly stressed and reactive when they see all these animals coming in through the front doors and coming out of exam rooms. I think it would be very beneficial if there could be a waiting area(s) for nervous and reactive dogs so that we can block them so they cannot see all of the people and other animals coming in and out of the multiple doors. In addition, another very stressful point of our appointment is during check out. While standing at the counter, same situation, there are multiple doors, multiple people and multiple dogs that make myself and my two dogs very anxious. If it would be possible for either there to be a check out process where we stay in the exam room and someone brings us the credit card swiper or if the technician or someone else would be willing to stay with the animals while we pay or if the technician could take our card out to the secretary so that we can stay with the very stressed out animals.

Wait time can be longer when the doctor spends more time with the pets...and I would never complain about that. I know she does not rush through my pets either.

I wasn’t able to get a hold of the office on the phone in order to make an appointment. Instead I had to make the appointment through the website that was emailed to me. That was easy and quick but it was frustrating not getting anyone on the phone.

I greatly appreciate the kindness and accommodation that was taken to treat my TNR feral. Dr. Duris was willing to speak with me prior to bringing the cat in for treatment and the front desk and vet tech staff was very kind in making sure they made the visit as comforatable as possible for my beloved kitty. They were also willing to call me when the radiologist was in route so I didn t have to leave the cat there for hours to prior to the ultrasound. This means the world to me and I greatly appreciate the flexibility and kindness of this practice.

I was a little concerned about the pitting on the floor of the examination room. Everything seemed clean and sanitary so it didn t alarm me too much, but if it was paired with other problems I would have been concerned. I understand that this is probably very very expensive to fix and I do appreciate the affordability of your offices. The girls who were observing, and who were helping the vet, were all so wonderful and professional and caring. I was very, very impressed with them. And the vet took so much time to make sure I understood everything going on with my dog, down to explaining biology. I felt completely comfortable. Thank you so much.

Kudos to the staff! I was there during a high traffic pickup time, and they expressed their apology for the wait, etc. I could see they were spending appropriate time with other clients and not rushing them. One girl was even helping out even though she was there for a meeting and not in the clock (she explained why she was wearing street clothes). I like your facility. I’ve brought in a couple TNR cats, and plan to return with my house cats at some point. Thanks for your services!!
