This office and staff are wonderful. They understand the brain of a pet-parent and provide excellent care to your furry friend as well as soothe your somewhat over crazed anxiety-ridden pet parent brain.

Everyone was phenomenal, but especially was impressed with the two women working the desk on Saturday morning. They were helpful and kind to Carson and helped make my wait a little more enjoyable. Thanks to everyone in the office!

Staff always professional and friendly. Dr. Alicia spent the necessary time to inform and instruct. Thank staff for being proactive and understanding.

Maybe the person at the front desk was overwhelmed, but when we showed up and talked to the desk she just looks and said do you have any appointment . No smile, welcome, hello which made be feel pretty unwelcome or that I was inconveniencing her. That being said the rest of my experience was great.

I brought one of my feral cats in on Wednesday and she was not looked at until late that afternoon, and then she had to stay overnight and have surgery the next day. She had to sit in her trap in pain, with no food, and I assume no water from 7:30 am to about 4:30 pm. That is not right. I got a follow up call on Friday which was great, but I had some questions that I was supposed to get a call back on and no one ever called back. I appreciate that you are willing to care for ferals, but it seems that you are not properly staffed to do so in a timely manner.

I ve had some less than positive experiences at other vets before. Everyone at your clinic was amazing. Very friendly, explained prices and procedures clearly, and didnt make me feel judged or embarrassed about my dog being difficult. Thank you so much.

I wish that dogs and cats could be kept separate somehow. It’s not the vets fault, more so the owners of the dogs, but when cats are kept in kennels, most likely scared and confused, and a dog on a leash walks up and starts sniffing the cage or starts barking, that is surely extremely unpleasant for the cat.

Overall a very good experience. I was charged quite a bit more than what was estimated over the phone. I feel like I may have been “upsold” on a few things I didn’t need but that seems to be the way of the world these days. My kitten seems to be doing better and that’s the most important thing :)

The pricing is clearly explained but $18 for a nail trim seems a bit excessive. Since I ve been a client (2+ years) the cost went from $8 to $10 to $16 and now $18. I generally leave a tip for good service (received), but at that rate I won t do it. Hope that helps.

Best vet office in St Louis. We love how caring the staff and doctors are and they always call to follow up with us. We have 3 dogs and live out in the county but gladly drive in to see them!

I love Dr. Marquart and your whole staff. Super friendly. I love what you have done to fix the place up! They all spend enough time with me and I really appreciate the price run down before services. Our old vet didn’t do this and was a main reason we switched to you all. Thanks!!

I was satisfied with my pets care but the office staff is very loud. Sometimes we are getting bad news and doesn t help to hear the very loud chatter. Maybe do something to insulate the rooms? Was very distracting and not pleasant to hear discussion about a pet owners calling multiple times for no reason and discussing someone putting down a pet unnecessarily because they are lazy and don t want to mess with their care.

We had to wait in the “contagious dog” room. After the doctor was finished, I was told to wait in the room until someone could take payment. Unfortunately, I waited for over 10 minutes because they forgot about me. Please make sure this process is remedied for future patients.

Thank you for what you do for feral/strays!! Pricing is great!! I have gotten neuters done for $20 in Illinois but the wait time to schedule is ridiculous. THANKS AGAIN!! Amanda Oulson

Dr. Alicia is an exceptional vet, a consummate professional, and her bedside manner is excellent. We ve been coming to her only since July 2019, and we wouldn t think of taking any of our cats to any other doctor.

I’m very satisfied with the care and concern. You all do a good job. I recommend you often.

The staff is very knowledgeable and kind.

The doctor was extremely helpful with answering questions about my dog, and provided me with a lot of feedback on options for care. It was very smooth and easy going.

Dr. Marquart is a blessing to us. With Dr. Mattes leaving, and that being the only doctor our dog Mack had ever dealt with over the past 4 1/2 years, we were nervous. Our dog has anxiety and meeting new people and being in new situations is a challenge for him (us too). She could not have put us more at ease. She was comfortable with an uncomfortable situation, and we can’t thank her enough for given us that attention. We also never had anyone recommend an anxiety medication, and we used the prescription she gave us for the first time this weekend and it’s a miracle pill. While we will only use it in sparing and much needed situation, I truly appreciate her identifying an issue, and giving us an option for having a better handle on Mack in those tough situations. We look forward to being continued patients with the wonderful Dr. Marquart. Thank you to her! ??
