I don t agree with some services that are mandated outside of necessary vaccines. An example is pre op blood work and chest x-ray. Owners should have more options.

I actually emailed comments directly to the clinic same day regarding how much higher your Rx rates are (and product such as Adaptil) than other vets and online pharmacies. I haven t yet received a reply but I also did tell Maggie when she called me with a titer test rate, which was about 3x higher than other places as well. Also, the entire visit lasted close to an hour for a heartworm test blood draw and a general checkup -- which was maybe only 5-7 minutes of actual vet time.

Your staff is all great!!! They treat my fur babies and us all with respect and they listen to our concerns and questions. Keep up the great work!!!

I fell that prices seemed a bit steep for Flea Medicine and products sold at the clinic.

Very professional and thorough! Ask questions about my dog and listen! Love this entire practice and feel comfortable with all the care my baby boy has gotten there for the past 18 months that I’ve had him. Thank you so much for your expertise and love you give him...... starting when entering the door, his exam, treatment and love when he leaves! The best of the best doctors and staff!

I grew up with dogs my whole life, but now I am a first time puppy owner and it s easy for little things to make you worry about your pup. During my appointment, DR. Westfall and his Nurse set my mind at ease and really gave me tons of good information in taking care of my dog. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with a pet!

One of the ladies up front seemed frustrated and spoke about getting up and walking out. I felt uncomfortable.

Very disappointed,brought my dog Remy in because he had a big bump, looking like an abscess. I was told the office would call. NOBODY CALLED TO SEE HOW HE WAS,NOBODY!!!! I always had a good experience, but after this,my feelings have changed I don t lay blame the front desk, Shanna and Tiffany always are great. The blame lies with the nurses. Luckily I have been a medical assistant for 30 yrs.so I was able to care for my dog, it is not an abscess, he has 2 spots that were bleeding the next morning. But I want to speak to Dr. Westphal when he gets back. I wat him to call me. I have and continue to pay $137.00 monthly. I am so upset. Please have him call me to see if I even want to go back there. I will cancel my credit card so no payment will be made until I hear from Dr.Westphal. So disappointed.

Always wonderful! From desk to doctors, never had a bad experience

I really like Eric. He s very casual and talks to me straight. He cares for each of my pups very well and every time. I really can t say enough nice things about him. It s not that he s over the top or anything.... he s just what I need... no drama, easy going. The doctor was super nice, but since my pup turned out to NOT have anything serious going on, it was a quick and easy visit. THANK YOU!

I felt that further diagnosis could have been made and wasn t sure if doctor had ever experienced or seen the issue Maggie had on her paw. He seemed unfamiliar with it. That didn t make me confident in a thousand dollar surgery.
