Everyone was helpful, patient, and gentle with our dog. The facility was clean and we were seen very quickly. The vet spent a lot of time with us and the receptionist was very friendly.

I absolutely love this office! The ladies at the front desk are crazy sweet and they’re always so sweet on the phone. This office is open a little later so it’s great for me to take my pets when I get off work and they’re always awesome with same day appointments. I cannot say enough good things about this office!

It was a long wait this day ( more than 30 minutes) but Dr. Lerma mentioned there were quite a few very sick pets that day ( holiday week) and we were a routine ( shots) visit so we understand.

GCVC is awesome! The front staff is always friendly and engaging...Thank you, Shannon, Karima, Tiffany, and Elisa for always making Tally and I feel loved and welcomed. In my most recent visit Dr. Lerma was on lunch when I came to pick up Tally; however he called me the next day with her yearly and CTH blood work results. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. Kyle also does an outstanding job ordering Tally s special medication and makes sure it arrives in time...Even when I don t give enough notice-?? Thank you for the 5 Star Excellent service. Gizmo and I were warmly greeted by the Receptionist the moment we walked in. We didn t have to wait long to be seen nor long to check out. Carmin was Great with Gizmo. She had a wonderful way of handling him. Quite calming. We didn t even need a muzzle during his exam. Her added attention to his health and wellbeing was sincerely appreciated. Sincerely appreciated too was Dr. Brown. She was thorough and informative, yet easy to understand. She was honest about his condition and offered options for future care. I was thankful for her concern and the time she gave us in the office and during her follow-up call the next day. Thank you, Dr. Brown and staff! We were grateful and felt truly valued and cared about.

Our cat Oliver was going in to be neutered and I was so nervous, after talking to his nurse Krystal knowing he would wake up in her arms was so comforting to both me and my husband, and also talking to the doctor was very comforting, we are so happy with everything about Goose Creek Veterinary Clinic, we can’t thank our neighbors Joe and Patti Nicolosi for recommending you!

I would prefer for my cat’s physical exam be done in my presence and not in the back.

As a walk in I was served as efficiently as if I had a longstanding appointment.

I had a great experience. My pup was very sick and they got me in right away. The staff was super friendly and easy going. They did great with my dog especially considering he has very high anxiety. Another thing I appreciated was that instead of just sticking us in a room and making us wait, they consistently checked to see how we were doing. I feel comfortable taking my fur baby here!

I love the office. I wish when have multiple cats someone can offer suggestions to keep costs down or what if anything I can do. It s hard we 4 cats need dentals and that s well over 2k. We had a serious problem last year and we don t have that kind of money. My husband is s disabled veteran from the USN. Thank you
