My wife and I were extremely worried that our Prince Zorro was very ill. The entire staff and Veterinarians were very polite and treated Zorro great. I would definitely recommend Goose Creek Veterinary Clinic to everyone. Thanks again to all the staff for their professionalism.

The only one thing I would say that was different about this appt was that Dr. Brown didn t explain anything to us that was done. The girls came in and said they were prepping meds and told us how to use them and what to expect and we were done. I love Dr. Brown , but I feeel because this was the 2nd time our pet had this incident, that not as much time was taken with us to explain to us any real details. Im not upset or anything but I don t want things to become so routine that things are compassionately expressed between Dr and Family. Hope that makes sense. We truly and deeply appreciate all the time and care and love Dr. Brown has given our pets since we began coming. We intend on switching our dogs and cats to your clinic because we truly love the clinic. The front desk girls are always pleasant and knowledgeable.

I know it was my first visit with my dog, Champ (although I have been there several times with my Mom s dog, Puppy), but I was quite disappointed that the vet did not seem to listen to what I was saying. He interrupted me several times and I felt that the knowledge I had of my own dog was not treated as valuable. I am rethinking my use of this facility. It is conveniently located, but I am not sure I will use a place that I do not think values my relationship and care of my dog. The nurse was amazing and friendly, but the treatment of my Champ is most important to me and I do not feel as though I was heard and that the treatment I paid for is going to yield results. So far, after 3 days, there is no change.
