Called in for a last minute appointment and was seen within an hour. Staff was very friendly. I appreciated that I was given a total cost before treatment. Only complaint was that the vet dismissed my concerns and questions. Overall treatment was great and I would return.

The vet tech was wonderful! So personable and friendly. I felt so comfortable with her. I wish I remembered her name. And Dr. Sullivan was fantastic too. It was our first time with him. I’d definitely request to see him again.

We had scheduled an appointment while in the office the week prior. When I showed up to our appointment, the receptionist told me they didn’t have anything for her. She was rather cold and unsympathetic. I explained to her that we had scheduled one when we were in 5 days prior. She just told me she didn’t have anything. After a few minuets of conversation. She said well, you can leave your pet here and we’ll call you when we are done. I frustratingly agreed. I waited 30 minuets just to talk to a tech and for her to take the pet to the back. We went home and got a call about 2 hours later that she was ready to be picked up. I had some questions that I wanted to ask the dr and I let the tech that called me know that I wanted to talk to her and I also informed her of he questions. When I arrived I paid for my visit and a different tech brought our pet out. She was wishy washy on answering my questions and I didn’t get to see the dr. When I met with the dr the days prior, she was fantastic and I really liked her. She seemed very knowledgeable and thourough. Based on my second visit, I am reluctant to come back. The service at the front desk was poor and cold. I paid for the Dr to check our pet out but I never got to see the dr. I feel that if I am paying to see the dr, I want to be there while the exam is done and I want to be able to ask any questions to her. I understand things can get screwed up but I expect better service espically given the situation we had just been through.

I thought it was a bit odd/non user friendly that I couldn t get an appointment over the internet without having been a previous customer. It gave me two options for appointments: A returning online visitor, or a returning in-person visitor who had never used the online service. Also, whenever I tried to get on the site, it frequently said (on multiple devices) that the site was not secure. I am not sure why, but I thought you should know!

It was interesting being on the other side. Brittany was so kind and has a soft spoken and soothing demeanor to her, which I appreciated. However, no vitals were taken, no pic taken, and no MIcrochipped was scanned.

Literally 5 stars all the above I just moved to goose creek from Massachusetts 2 days before nuks appointment the staff got the records and call me for an appointment because nuk have a problem before we even left Massachusetts I really don t think I could of found a better place for my 2 chocolate labs please let the staff know that I m very very thankful 2 thumbs up dr Daniel
