The office staff and vet tech that we interacted with during our appointment were fantastic and I have never had anything close to a negative experience before this appointment. When Dr. Sullivan came in to discuss my dog s skin issue, a hot spot that had quickly become out of control and infected, his demeanor seemed negative but I brushed it aside chalking it up to a bad morning. As the appointment progressed and we spoke more, his demeanor did not improve. While talking about my dog s condition I felt he was demeaning and spoke to me as if I didn t take care of my dog or care about his well being. We treat our dogs as part of our family and I already felt terrible for my dog that his issue had gotten as bad as it did. Dr. Sullivan only made this feeling worse. While Dr. Sullivan did administer a care plan that has helped my dog and also gave us many options for the future to improve my dog s skin and allergies, I did not appreciate his condescending tone throughout our visit and will be sure to request a different vet the next time that we bring our dogs in.

Dr. Brown is a joy to work with and she offers a full exam while looking at the previous medical records to see if Chloe had other issues that should be looked at...we had one concern and walked away with several other issues being addressed.... her upfront frankness and her sense of humor make each visit great. I like being given options and estimates for out of pocket..

You guys are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. My only complaint has been that the wait is always a lot longer than other vets I ve been to. But I think it s because you do spend a lot of quality time with each client.

We had to put our dog to sleep and I appreciate the staff and Dr Brown for being so informative, supportive and genuinely caring. It was such an emotional time for our family to experience, but the process was well handled as our dog, Devon, peacefully and beautifully went to sleep. Thank you, Michelle Adams

I completely appreciate emergencies and I needed to wait for the person who came in a while before me. It put the appointments behind by almost an hour. Once you know there s going to be that kind of backup, you should make an effort to call the next couple of appointments and give them a choice to either reschedule, wait or go to another clinic. In this case I lost an hour that I could have brought my cat to an emergency vet. I waited, but it should be a curtesy practice.

I am going to miss coming here with my baby Lucy. Dr Brown is awesome. She and her staff have been nothing but professional and kind. I pray I find just as awesome as Goose Creek Vet in NC. Yep, I miss you guys already. Love you guys. Paula Pringle.
