It was a great experience everybody was friendly helpful and took care of my dog

I am so thankful to the staff at Goose Creek Vet! They always get my pets in when needed! The staff has always been very friendly and kindhearted with me and my family! I recommend Goose Creek Vet to anyone I meet!

Did a great job.

I was nervous as Truder hadn t seen a vet for many years, but he (and I ) was treated very well by the staff, and the care taken in handling Truder was excellent. I will be bringing him in for his wellness exam once we get the itch under control

My appt was scheduled for 10:20am. I believe I arrived 5-10 minutes early. While I do not mind waiting normally---as I spent 18 years working as a vet. tech and front office manager at a few veterinary hospitals---it would have been helpful if someone would have said something to me letting me know why the wait in the lobby. I do not believe I was called back until almost 10:50 or 11:00 am. I almost wondered if I had been forgotten.

Excellent service got straight to the problem

The staff is and always has been wonderful. You have an excellent facility and I can t imagine taking my cats anywhere else. It s apparent everyone there truly loves and cares about the well being of all animals. Keep up the good work.

Perly Sue has been lame since the surgery. No notice signs of hurting herself. Baffeling.

We love Dr. Lerma, who always takes his time with Tucker and explains what he is thinking and doing as the exam/treatment moves forward. This time, we had Tracy as the vet assistant for the first time: she was also exceptional in her gentle handling of Tucker, her invitation of questions, and her affirmation of our understanding of the directions given. We waited over 30 minutes (after our appointment time) to get seen.

My cat is terrified to go for car rides. So she pooped in the crate. When I got there I told the receptionist that she had pooped in her crate. So after doing the sign in paperwork she said she would put me in a room and bring me a bag. I got the poop out of the crate (it was on a newspaper) and no one came back with anything so we just sat in the room for 10 min with that terrible smelling poop. When the technician finally came in she did not remove the poop just proceeded to ask me how my pets were doing. Then she took my dog to the back, leaving the pile of poop still sitting there on the exam table. When she brought the dog back she finally took the cat and the poop. It was a very unpleasant experience. Also I had my dog checked for heart worms (neg) so that I could get her Trifexis online. The company I ordered from has contacted you twice for approval and still has not gotten a response. Most times when I order it online I have this same problem with them not being able to get approval without me having to call you about it, very annoying.

I have to say it was odd that when I brought my first two pets in, I got ID cards for them, but the same did not happen for my second two pets. The inconsistency confused me, but otherwise my visit was very good.

Reggie is my 4th dog and I can t remember any of my other dogs being so excited to go to the vet like him ... must be the loving people and great care he receives.
