I was 15 minutes early to my appointment and I saw the person who walked in 20 minutes after I did get to go ahead of me. It really wasn’t a big deal but it was a little bit of a challenge to keep my pup calm in the waiting room and it was a bit discouraging to see that.

Front desk needs to more aware of people n the waiting room. I walked in with my small dog and there was a large shepherd that wasn’t very friendly on the cat side. I quickly said this is Sassy and went and weighed her. I got out of the view of the shepherd. The vet tech was telling the shepherd owner that she would get them in a room as soon as one was open. After about 10 minutes, I was asked to step around the corner with my dog so the shepherd could come by. I know the 2 at the front desk had to see and hear all of this. My appointment was at 4:00. At 4:45 I was about to ask how much longer it would be but a tech ask me how long I had been there. She was very proactive. I wish I had gotten her name. I understand that there are other doctors seeing animals and I do not get upset when someone goes ahead of me. I guess the front desk people may be new. When we first started at this practice the front desk was one of the high points of the visit. They were excellent. Definitely need some training now.

I haven t had a pet in over 10, maybe 15 years but my previous experience with Goose Creek Veterinary Clinic led me back to them. The new facility is very nice and accommodating. The staff is as awesome as I remember.

I have had pets for my entire 41 years on earth. As such i have brought many pets to veterinarians. I have been to many practices. I was concerned when I left Virginia to come back to S.C. that i would struggle to find a decent practice. This practice was easy to get into, the staff were amazing, and the facility VERY CLEAN. I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you for all you do! I WILL be bringing my precious fur baby back!

Was denied the requested services. Wish the pet owner was allowed to make decisions for their pet instead of services being dictated. I brought my pet and waited 20 extra minutes for nothing. A complete waste of time.

Compared to other vets, this clinic is disappointing in many ways. Reduce waiting times in the lobby; clients should be moved to rooms ASAP. If dispensing meds, make sure they are all in the same type of syringe (not 5 - yes, 5 - different styles of syringe like I received for 9 doses of Revolution) and explain dosing better. Use syringes properly sized for the pet; the 1cc syringes I received for oral meds for a dwarf rate were far from ideal; 0.5cc syringes would ve been better, and a demonstration of how to administer the meds would ve been helpful. Taking the time to administer the first dose as a demonstration is something clients appreciate, and helps to ensure the pets are cared for properly at home after leaving your clinic.
