I waited a bit longer than expected but I had the time. I know they were busy and were super helpful and accommodating. They also apologized for the wait and gave my kitty the time she needed.

I felt Tracy was very pushy and rude to me. I also feel she was not very accurate with her answers. She was very hyper and in your face. The Doctor was nice and easy to talk with.

I really enjoyed getting to pay in the room. I was a little unhappy when the nurse asked whether or not my dog has had training in a rather snippy manner. I also felt rushed and like a hassle to her when we discussed his health and my concerns. The doctor took an ample amount of time listening and discussing my concerns and explained his thoughts as well as I would expect.

Tiffany is always so helpful and so friendly. She greets you as you walk in and always has a smile. The nurse George was very polite and listened to what I had to say. Dr Sullivan answered every question I had and was very informative of what was going on. They were having some computer issues but still functioned very well and very efficient. I hate that I have issues and have to go to the vet so often but I always know my animals are in the best place!

It was great having an appt right away for my Chloe that was bit by a snake .Thanks to Dr.Brown and staff, Chloe is starting to recover .I m moving all my pets to this vet ! They recieve great care and always have time for us ! Thanks again !

Arrived 10 minutes early, nurse waited until last minute at 10 after (total wait 20) for her to come out then instead of weighing the dog where it can be witnessed, she takes in the back and weighs. This cost me more money on the visit because they rounded up the weight causing more money on the shot. This was very dishonest in my opinion and disingenuous on the part of the nurse who took care of my dog. Very disappointed that you do not have more honest people. Most of the workers are, but not this one nurse. Late and also disingenous to make a little more money. Sad. Don t want to get any fired, but honesty and doing what is right among your workers will make or break your business.

My dog does not really like coming to your facility but once he settles down, all is well. I have never heard any complaints about him from any staff member so he must get along with you all.

The vet tech was excellent. He was a dark complexioned man. He was confident with my dog and listened closely to what I had to say.
