As always Dr. Brown s information and treatment was outstanding.

My appointment was scheduled for noon and I had to wait an hour to be seen, I’ve never had to wait this long before. Was some what disappointed.

The only place I will go. The staff saved my dogs life! Can t be any more succinct than that. Mine and my pets quality of life is phenomenal thanks to GCVC! When my other little buddy passed away unexpectedly, I received a sympathy card with a comment of love and sympathy from EVERY Staff member. I was overwhelmed at the sweet notes. They made a heartbreaking moment more bearable. Thank you GCVC!

The nurse and doctor were great. The doctor explained everything very clearly. We were very pleased.

Staff was incredible! Cody as always was loving and compassionate to our dog and both he and the young lady were extremely helpful.

When I left this visit I did not leave happy thanks to the front desk staff and the vet tech (nurse). The reasons were 1st 2 of the front desk staff came out to love on a dog sitting next to where we were waiting and didn t even acknowledge my 2 dogs. Then I didn t feel that the tech liked dogs because she didn t even acknowledge them and try to make them feel at ease. The final reason was I was standing waiting to check out and totally ignored by desk staff and then they took someo e before me...I asked myself if I wanted to continue going there or look for a new vet...I wonder if when it comes time to say goodbye to my pet if your staff has the ability to be caring

There was some mix up. I had called Monday for an appointment and was told 2pm Tuesday with Dr Brown. When we arrived, date in computer was wrong and we had to be worked in ; Aside from that, we were extremely satisfied with the care shown to Duke. Everyone was caring, compassionate and professional. He was spoiled by everyone he came in contact with.

Always feel very welcomed, and could not be more pleased with staff and service. Thank you for all you do. Auggie s parents.

I have a chihuahua and she barks a lot so the staff allows me to take her in a room immediately and they are so courteous. Everyone is so accommodating. Thanks for everything.

As I checked out (Tuesday) I was told we would be called Wednesday with the blood results. My wife had to call Thursday and didn’t get a lot answered. She was then told the doctor Should call us tomorrow, Friday. I spent over $400! WAY too much if you ask me.

You guys are the best. Everyone is friendly. The vet techs were knowledgeable and Dr. Westphal is always good to my furry kids.

We love the docs and the clinic but we always have to wait at least 20-30 min.

Multiple pet discount. I know Vet cares not cheap. But it could help us being we have 9 indoor cats. Not by choice either. People can spay or neuter then throw them out. All mine are fixed.

This is the first time I ve seen hair/debris on the floors and benches. Please get back to your cleanliness. I always recommended your facility mostly due to its cleanliness first, and Vet care secondary. Thank you, Harry
