This is my first time having a dog. The vet did not talk with me about anything regarding proper care of my dog or even cared to ask if I had any questions. She took my dog to the back to administer shots, but, because he smelled cats on her (he doesn’t like cats) she put a muzzle on him. Then as I’m checking out, I see at least one cat walking about freely in the back... I don’t know why she thought it was just to put a muzzle on my dog when it was a simple step to put up her cats. Needless to say because of her I won’t be back. The other two ladies were awesome.

My dad referred me to you guys when my vet wasn’t taking appointments and boy was I not disappointed. You guys are super friendly, affordable, and love your patients. Staff is always up beat and cares about what’s best for your pet really loved my experience here and I’ll definitely bring my baby back.

Normally the office is very very clean with no odor, but it had a very strong kennel smell which is unusual. When I mentioned to the receptionist, she became defensive. I ve been in your office numerous times and it has never smelled as bad. Sorry... you asked :)

I had to bring Lucy to Vet med today. They admitted her! She has jaundice, dehydration and other issues. You did not include a breakdown of the billing or printout of bloodwork findings so I could offer this information to Vet med so I am being charged for new bloodwork because they did not get a hold of the report from you!! Also, you sent me home Friday with meds and IV which they will not use in her treatment and said I could not possibly help Lucy by administering the IV solution every 2 days MYSELF!!! because of her severe dehydration they administered it asap ongoing! You charged me over $100.00 for these meds and I cannot even use them. You said her gums were yellow, well, her skin was also yellow indicating a serious condition!!! They are hopeful they can save her and I just paid 3,360.00 for their services because Lucy got so serious!! I wish you would have referred me as an emergency to VETMED on Thursday when you first saw her!! She was severely dehydration then!!! No OV regimen administered by me every other day was going to make a dam bit of.difference in here serious condition! They also told me giving her food in a syringe was not going to help her! She needed immediate emergency care!!! I am hoping I can bring back the meds you gave me for a full refund!! Sue McVinney. 928-242-7019. Very disappointed with your care!!

No better vet out there. I will take my fur babies here as long as I can. They always receive the best care by Doctor Goshert. At one point I took my sweet girl Trout to another vet due to convenience and the was heartbreaking the result. I have never truly gotten over it. That was in 1995. ALL my animals have been loyal patients to Doctor Goshert since then, as long as we were living in AZ I will drive across town to bring them to the best of the best. Praises to Doctor Goshert!
