We did not like that our dog was taken away to get their shots and an item requested to be checked was not. Also when we requested the appointment we were told that clients were spaced out so that there would be no interaction and there was a dog there when we arrived. No incident thankfully but it was contrary to what we where told would be the sequence of appointments.

I would think the Doc could at least take 2 moments to come and say something to me. Instead of sending a messenger like we were not important enough. He said good bye to the staff but never spoke to me. I thought it was rude and I won t be back unless its an emergency! I am sorry if the lady Doc is feeling overwhelmed and needing to take time off according to Liz

You need to work on your communication. A doctor other than the one I was booked with came into the exam room- didn’t introduce himself- told me he had taken sutures out when I had only asked that they LOOK at the incision. The sutures hadn’t been in long enough. He didn’t talk to a tech, he didn’t read the record. He removed them without asking and then when I asked if the sutures should have stayed in longer he said “well how long have they been in?” He clearly didn’t read the tech’s notes. It is INCREDIBLY frustrating to realize that the vet- again not the one I was expecting to see- clearly did not look into the case at all. It sucks to have to be that person who complains- I don’t want to be that person. But the doctor didn’t do his due diligence and put my pet at risk for infection and possibly other issues because of his negligence or hurry. I’m sure he is a fine doctor but seriously, what the hell? I paid $100 to have sutures prematurely taken out and dewormed. I spent maybe 5 minutes talking to the doctor- if that. I have never been so mortified or disappointed. My husband called to lodge a complaint and spoke to a man who he believed to be a manager. He was told that it had been 10 days- which is not true. I don’t know if he was misinformed or had not actually looked at the record. In an effort to placate us, the man he spoke with offered to write us a check for $26. This is not about money- this is about responsibility. We will follow up with you in the event there is an adverse effect of the early suture removal.

I was told I would get a $17.00 senior discount, but recieved only $5.00. I didn t care for the vet/Susan tak ing my Amy to the (back) to examine her teeth, wish she would have done so in the room. The never even walked into the room. I understand the caronavirus has changed things, but not a good first impression.
