Dr. Goshert is great. Dr. already has a game-plan for Stella s round of shots next year to help alleviate / prevent the reaction Stella had to receiving her shots this year. Thank you for being pro-active and thinking ahead.

I love this Dr. She is honest, thorough and takes good care of my dogs. She knows her stuff and just lays the facts out.I have never felt taken advantage of or like she wasn t doing her job. Everyone who works there is kind, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

I had a voicemail asking me to call to find out about test results for my cat. I called 5 different times and reached only voicemail. I will try again tomorrow morning.

Everyone was very special in our time of need

Only comment is that it would have been beneficial to our pet if the Vet would have taken the time to apply the first treatment to his ear to 1) make sure we were shown how to do the treatment properly and 2) to give the pet some immediate relief by starting the medication. Being from Nebraska, we were quite shocked at the cost of each service/medication. We were explained the cost of each unbundled service after the fact upon presentation of the bill.

We are residents of Phoenix during the winter months. With a new puppy we needed to establish with an animal care provider. And we made the right choice with Union Hills Animal Hospital. Quality care for our pup. We are very pleased.

Dr. Goshert and staff were very considerate and answered all my concerns.

Chairs were a little torn up from animals on them; maybe don t use fake leather? Cost was a bit more than expected this year. I understand inflation, but this was significantly more for annual basics than last year.

The staff was wonderful at letting me know when my pets procedure was done, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and great with my dog ??
