My cat’s gone missing and I was told there was no record of whether he was chipped or not, so I brought my other cat in to check if he was chipped as they’re siblings from the Humane Society. I always thought they were chipped. I wish you had checked for a chip as standard practice when we first came to your office, so you could have recommended it the first time we came. Both when I called in and when I came in, I didn’t find the staff to be very friendly or supportive, I just felt rushed, even though nobody else was waiting.

There is a sign in front of the door stating masks were mandated in that facility, great! But two of the front desk girls were not wearing them? They didn’t disinfect the pen I had to sign with when paying with card. I was holding my dog and baby, not offered to open the door when arriving or leaving. When I forgot to write my number down the front desk girl said, “you forgot to write your number, do you have a phone?” In a super condescending tone. I appreciate they were able to vaccinate my dog, everyone was extremely rude.

No wait time and my appointment was on time. Great service

I just love this veterinary practice! Everyone is so personable and the doctor is thorough in taking care of my dog I very much appreciate and trust the care he gets there. I wouldn t go anywhere else and I highly recommend them.

I felt my dog who is an 80 lbs chocolate lab was miss handled because of his enthusiasm. The was he acted when we left I began to suspect he was mildly sedated. I won’t be returning and I am sorry about that because up until my last appt I was happy with clinic.

Jack has bad ear infections. It takes two weeks to get him in. This last time the Vet lectured me about Jack s care. I was very upset. We did not schedule a follow up appointment because we could not afford it. In our last visit the Vet said we needed a test that cost $260.00. We had a choice to pay our electric bill or pay for this expensive test. We borrowed money from our daughter so we could pay to have the test done in this last visit. The Vet has the bed side manor of a rock. What are we supposed to if we can not afford the test???

The whole taken my pup to another room out of my sight for a physical exam and shots does not make me comfortable.

I ve been disappointed with the last two vets. Then I went to union hill,s on a recommendation. Well the rest is history, been going to them for the last six yrs. Love them!

We brought our dog in for her appointment. The rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful. The doctor spent enough time with us and explained in detail our dogs current condition.

The staff is always pleasant. The doctor is great. Thank you. you always take good care of my fur babies.
