Dr. Wilson and staff were all amazing!! I am switching from my current vet to you because of the attention my dog Tucker and I received, the friendliness of everyone I encountered, and the value of the services rendered. I was very pleased!

I never saw the provider/vet so I wasn’t sure how to respond, but I don’t typically expect to in a low cost clinic setting unless there are complications. Everything was great as usual!

It took a while to get an appointment, and keeping a feral cat for a couple of weeks in a cage on the back porch was no fun for either of us. Wish appts were more readily available.

I’m a visual person and not sure how long u guys are planning on keeping the animal parents out of the room for but seeing what is being done to my pups is something that I would like to go back to. My dog didn t need an office visit, just a flu vaccine. He d just gotten a full exam in the fall. I was charged for an office visit on top of the vaccine charge. I feel this was not warranted or fair. Thanks.

5 stars to each question above except easy to be seen as we were on a waiting list for over 2 months. Service was kind and professional.

Overall, our experience at the clinic was very good. Dr Gardner was fabulous and spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining things to me. I had many questions and was probably a high maintenance client, so, thank you! I wanted to give #3 5 stars...couldn t do that for whatever the reason. On Nina s last round of injections for heatworm treatment I asked that her nails be trimmed, and they were...very nicely done. With the amount of money we were already spending at the clinic for her treatment, it would certainly have been nice to have a free nail trim. I know it was only $16 and there is overhead at the clinic, salaries to be paid, etc. I just feel that it would ve been a kind customer service gesture to not charge for the nail trim. I think I would also encourage those speaking with clients who have heartworm positive dogs to remember to be kind. Assumptions can be made about how or why a pet became heartworm positive and those assumptions may or may not be true. Thank you all for taking care of Nina, we love her so and appreciate every kindness extended toward us and her.
