I think all parents should to be able to go into the examination room with their pets. It is important for us to be there with them while they are under stress at the vet office.

Send pain meds as mandatory with all surgeries! My feral cat was not given any and that was horrible!!! Do better and care more for ferals!!!

The whole process was smooth. Oliver was taken care of and he had minimal recovery. Great experience!

The male vet who we saw (sorry I can’t remember the name!) was so caring. He sat on the floor petting Finn as he explained what was wrong. Everyone there always makes me feel like you truly care about my dogs. I will always make the 30 minute drive to you. You guys have the BEST customer service.

Vet was so friendly and staff was great. I was surprised I didn’t go into the room with the dog, but made the connection after that it was due to the pandemic. Maybe staff can let first timers know so there isn’t any confusion. But truly a great experience and I can’t wait to go back.

I would like to be in the room with my pet and receive veterinarian feedback in that setting, rather than having my pet disappear to a room for 30 minutes and then have a vet condense treatment into 2 minutes.
